As the founder of HENRY REED, Georgia is passionate about working with organisations to achieve their objectives through the creation of high-performance cultures, the execution of aligned strategies and the improved engagement and performance of employees.
Georgia is a graduate of the AICD's Company Director's Course; has been an active member of the Australian Human Resources Institute for over 15 years; supports the development of human resources professionals as an AHRI Mentor; is a published thought leader; and has contributed to and spoken at global conferences.
Georgia specialises in creating high-performing business cultures; improving operational efficiency through employee engagement and delivering sustainable performance and leadership capability improvements. Georgia is an accredited interpreter of psychometric and emotional intelligence evaluations which are invaluable in improving leadership and employee performance. Georgia is an experienced business coach, mentor, facilitator, and speaker.
As the former Head of HR for Nikon Australia and key member of the Nikon Corporation Global HR team, Georgia has experience working across the Asia region and facilitating leadership development programs in Asia and USA.
In addition to Consumer Products and FMCG, Georgia has worked in Manufacturing, Automotive, Retail, Hospitality, Pharmaceutical and Financial Services industries.
Kerrie is an experienced HR professional with over 20 years’ experience working for public and private sector organisations in Australia and England.
She has held a range of HR generalist, specialist and management roles throughout her career and has even run a small family owned business specialising in Christmas decorations!
Kerrie particularly enjoys helping leaders work through the many HR challenges they face each day so that they can maximise the performance of their greatest asset – their people.
This might involve coaching leaders, developing people strategies, writing policies, overseeing recruitment and selection activities, managing restructures or implementing change management processes.
Kerrie has experience working in a number of industries including professional services, government, energy and insurance. Her experience is supported by post graduate qualifications in Leadership and Change Management and she is a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.
Kelly has over 5 years experience as a corporate receptionist and Executive Assistant, working for a range of organisations, including small businesses, Not-For-Profits and International companies.
Kelly enjoys setting up processes, procedures and templates to minimise environmental impact and maximise efficiency and productivity and is always looking for new and innovative ways to get the job done.
She is also working towards a Communications degree.
