Kerrie is an experienced HR professional with over 20 years’ experience working for public and private sector organisations in Australia and England.
She has held a range of HR generalist, specialist and management roles throughout her career and has even run a small family owned business specialising in Christmas decorations!
Kerrie particularly enjoys helping leaders work through the many HR challenges they face each day so that they can maximise the performance of their greatest asset – their people.
This might involve coaching leaders, developing people strategies, writing policies, overseeing recruitment and selection activities, managing restructures or implementing change management processes.
Kerrie has experience working in a number of industries including professional services, government, energy and insurance. Her experience is supported by post graduate qualifications in Leadership and Change Management and she is a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.
