  • Georgia Henry is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), a Certified Chair with the Advisory Board Centre, a certified GENOS International practitioner, an industry mentor, a published thought leader and keynote speaker.

  • Georgia developed a proprietary Model of Organisational Effectiveness to guide improvements in organisational effectiveness through culture and leadership. This bespoke model simplifies the many elements of organisation culture and is used to educate boards, executives, leaders, and employees on their role in culture, highlighting the impact of their behaviours on organisation success.
