When HENRY REED first conducted our Culture Research Study in 2020, our purpose was to understand the impacts on organisation culture during the first 6 months of the pandemic.
Our 2021 culture survey response rate increased by over 90% from our 2020 culture survey and continues to represent that, despite the response of leaders to implement reactive change and communicate through the pandemic being positive, in the long-term, there is a need to improve leadership capability to lead culture and change effectively.
