Staff Spotlight

Congratulations to our Senior Consultant, Melinda who has co-authored a research paper published by the Journal of Interprofessional Care (JIC). The paper examines the experiences of healthcare staff redeployed as part of the COVID-19 response, and supports workforce preparedness for future rapid organisational change or crisis situations.


"I am thrilled that our research paper has been peer-reviewed and published by the Journal of Interprofessional Care (JIC). This paper examines healthcare worker's experience of redeployment during the COVID-19 response and considers how we may be able to prepare for future rapid organisational change or crisis situations.
