Congratulations to our Senior Consultant, Melinda who has co-authored a research paper published by the Journal of Interprofessional Care (JIC). The paper examines the experiences of healthcare staff redeployed as part of the COVID-19 response, and supports workforce preparedness for future rapid organisational change or crisis situations.
